IE6 Hover

Hover effects have become so common in my work lately that I needed to create a script that would allow me to produce hover effects in IE6 with little effort. While Suckerfish is a nice script, it’s not built for expansion. I needed a script with the flexibility to add hovers to anything, not just my main menu.
